How long does it take to receive my customised items?

Production times vary but are typically within 7-10 business days depending on availability of raw material and the production process. Expedited orders will be produced at an extra expedition fee.

What types of hooks do you use?

We provide a diverse range of anti-allergenic hooks for your enjoyment and peace of mind. We want you to rock your fashion jewellery and show up unique. So we have partnered with the best in the industry to provide quality raw material. Our hooks are generally stainless steel. However, we offer sterling silver hooks on request at a minimum extra investment.
